Buffalo Pizza
I don't cook very often because eating out is a vice of mine, I love it even though it is terrible for my bank account and my waistline. Recently we have been trying to eat in more especially though the week. I'm an extremely picky eater so when I find something I like I eat it over and over until I'm sick of it. We have been making our own pizzas for a while now but have been making them very traditionally with pepperoni and some spices. I don't know why it took me so long to switch it up a bit and try different ingredients. This is how I make my buffalo pizza and it is so tasty. The chicken is Deli Fresh southwest chicken and it is way better that I was expecting a precooked chicken to be. I don't really have exact measurements I pretty much just go on my own taste as to how much of each ingredient I had. The instructions for the crust are on the bag. Give this a try if you are in a food rut or just want an easy dinner idea. This pizza is pretty much a single serve meal, it's basically a person size pizza. If you have two pans you can bake two of them at one time, we do this all the time and both pizzas cook perfectly.

What I'm about to say is very 2003, but, "Woot WOOT"!
